At Conceited Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Conceited Atelier is not responsible for lost return parcels.
